We left early due to inadequate heating, unclean bedding filled with stains, and unaddressed maintenance issues. Contacting the owner proved impossible. Ensure to check for gas availability before arrival to avoid a cold stay. Given our experience, I cannot recommend this accommodation.

The lack of contact details for the owner is just absurd!!! The cleanliness in the caravan is quite appalling, with dirty bed linen and a cluttered bin. A welcome pack with essential safety details is certainly not optional!!!

The heated swimming pool added a splash of fun to the mornings, while the close proximity to a good supermarket made it easy to grab snacks and essentials.

Heating radiators failed to work, forcing us to rely on a loud electric fan for warmth. The boiler was faulty, needing a reset every few minutes, making it a hassle to shower since the button was awkwardly placed on top. the cleanliness left much to be desired. Pots and pans were greasy, and we found unreadable items like cigarettes left outside, which showed a lack of attention to detail. Lastly, the overall caravan layout included issues like out-of-date PAT testing and light fixtures that didn’t function properly.

The stay had a great location, close to the beach. I enjoyed golfing at West Avenue Pitch and Putt, which was a nice break from everything else. Although the accommodation had its issues, the staff tried to be helpful, which made things a bit easier.

The cleanliness of the caravan was lacking. The boiler did not work properly, causing issues with hot water and heating. This made the stay uncomfortable at times.

The caravan's location was enjoyable, with easy access to the beach and well-maintained facilities, including a good supermarket on-site. the cleanliness of the caravan left much to be desired, and I encountered issues with the hot water supply, which impacted comfort during the stay. while the staff were friendly and accommodating, the lack of consistent maintenance overshadowed some of the positive aspects of this experience.
